If you try to open the menu the form will fail because it isn't attached to the original data source.
Please start by opening the 'frmFormUse'.
The user is given a choice option called frmFormUse
This, in turn opens another form called frmTabSurvey
The way that form opens is decided by the choice they made;
'blank' gives them a blank form and the upper right corner says "Open a new blank form"; hidden. This form should save after some data is entered and then be editable under another choice
'preload' gives them a form filled with some history info from the DB and should say "preload a new Form" in the upper right and the 'Find a Survey' box on the upper left should be visible.
'Existing' gives them a form already filled or started by a survey and should say "View an Existing Survey" on the upper right and the the 'Find a Survey' box on the upper left should be visible.
When they get done with the form it should save and then be available from the preload or existing choice.
I am unable to get data from the 'Find Survey' drop-down to populate the form ??
