Hi everyone,
I'm new on here so please forgive any dull questions!
I have started using Access 97 for the very first time, and have no other experience of using database building software. I am writing a database to record our organisation's casework which includes person information, incidents, actions, outcomes, reports and a knowledge base. I need to ask a couple of questions but I'll just put the knowledge base one in here - forgive the duplicated posts in other areas!
I want to create a knowledge base for the database but am unssure how to go about it. Basically when a case comes up that's interesting enough to refer back to, I want to transfer it to this knowledge base. At the moment I've put a 'knowledge base' tickbox on the person information form and was going to run a macro pulling out all the records that have this form ticked, whenever someone goes into the knowledge base. I presume though, that there's a much easier, much simpler way of doing things than this?
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me!
