'Confidential' Report Formatting

I am writing a report to illustrate productivity amoungst a number of employees. Whilst I can successfully report the data I need - I wish to be able to generate the report - but I wish to have the feature whereby I can select a particular employee and when the report is formatted - any name ,other than the employee name selected, is presented on the report as '*********'.

This will provide management during appraisals with actual floor data to show the individual concerned their throughput without divulging who the other individuals they are being compared to.

Has anyone done this / know of how to do this?

(I'm sure RG knows how to do it - don't you!)
