Ooooh, well...I had a very early version here temporarily. I dont really know if Ill make it available.

Its seems perfect for my industry, except that its not accounting software. My fix for that was including a check box for reconciliation next to all financial transactions. It would be a pain in the butt to reconcile after a day or two, even for a small company, but I see no other way. Im not so inclined to make a full accounting suite!
 
is the login security using the access security file or you did yourself. also, how did you make access "dissapear"? In access 2007 (im still using .mdb) i have a hard time making the ribbon go away and the quick shortcut bar go away so you cant tell its access...

I made the security myself. A2007 does not have uls.

You can see how access dissappeared during the login screen here.

To make the ribbon go away, just set your main form to pop up with sizable borders and
on_open
docmd.maximize.
