I have one database in .accdb format and i have another in .accde format.. both are different and as I can not go in the design view in .accde, so I need to know that how i can make some changes in that file with the .accdb file I have.
What I need is to make some change in VB Code written in .accdb file which i can not have in .accdb file..

The normal path is to make your changes in the original accdb file, and then create a new accde file from that. Then you replace the old accde file with the new one.

Generally, .mdb/.accdb -> .mde/.accde is irreversible. It's not so simple because there is nothing for Access to "rollback" the compiled state.

The only option in such case is to go to EverythingAccess.com and ask them to "decompile" it for you... at a hefty price.

I'd just make the changes to the accdb and make a new accde and keep a copy of accdb around for any future edits.
