Adding "Attachments" through a form

Hi,

What im trying to do is create a form which allows the user to add an attachment to a form. I have the form set up with a button. When this button is pressed I want it to bring up a form saying "Please search for the file you want to attach". It would be brilliant if one of those little 'browse' buttons could be used (bringing up all the users files etc). I then want it to attach the chosen file as an OLE object in a table (which is already set up)

I have no idea how to even start coding this so any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Have a look through the sample databases to see if there is one there - I'm sure there is somewhere

This one lets you browze a location and search for a particular file type and then view it.

It may not do exactly what you want, but it will point you in the right direction.
