I'm a newbee & I'm trying to put a Search Button on a form which will find a record by First & Last Name

I'm using Access 2007

Can't be too hard, right?

Or, you could just use Access' built in filter function on your form. Right click on the field and type in your filter criteria.

Though I'd say that's not for "newbees".

Oooo...looks like I was writing my post when JBB posted his. I wasn't saying not to take his advice, just recommending something other than what the OP was suggesting.
