I have a user who gets this error message whenever they try to update an existing record created by someone else; however, they don't get it when inputting a new record. The error focuses on the use of "Environ" in an expression that enters the network logon ID into the record field "Entered By". Why is this happening and how can I stop it?

I have a text FieldName called EnterBy which has a default =Environ("UserName"). This is the only place in this table where I use the Environ function. The error message refers to this table and the Environ function. Could it be misleading me?
