Tree folder structure in a list (1 Viewer)

Can I read content in a folder (with subfolders) and then display all that as a tree structure in a list from which I can make selection?
From where do I start here?

You can display a standard Windows folder browse dialog and return what you select. It is dead easy but unfortunately I am too tired to remember how right now. Don't bother with any of the complicated methods you will find searching online as they are all obsolete.

Someone will probably help you soon but if worst comes to worst I have it at work and can post Sunday 23:00 GMT.
