Transfertext action missing in Macro (1 Viewer)

I am creating an import macro in Access 2007 and do not have a TransferText action option. My last Action is StopMacro. Do you think it's an installation issue or is there something else I have to download to get that action back? I used it many times in 2003 and researched and found that it's supposed to be in 2007 and can't find anyone else with this problem. Any help would be great. Thanks!

With the macro in design view, click on the icon on the ribbon that says Show All Actions.

I tried clicking on that before and it didn't change anything until I cancelled and started a new Macro. Then it worked and I see all the Actions. I did run a diagnostic repair on my Access also but it's there now. Thank you!
