Security issue

I have a purchase order program and an inventory program that I have written for a steel company. I have to find a way to hide the backstage options from the users getting into the database. There are some men that would get mad and go in there and play around just to try to mess things up if they get angry enough.

I have hidden everything I possibly can by when I go to File it has a selection of Options. This takes me to the backstage. How do I hide that? I am using access 2010
