I have an office computer (dell 7010) brand new and configured to our domain. Installed access 2007 to run databases for the company. When running a query, access always crash. "The instructions at 0x744372d7 referenced memory at 0x00000000. The memory could not be written"

Run Dell diagnostics, Access diagnostics, un-installed and re-installed office 2007, Access crashes.

This database is used by 80% of the company's computer and doesn't seem to crash on those computers (using win7-same as the new computer).

Re-formatted the drive and installed the OS and drivers, re-installed office only. Updated to SP3 and installed office updates. Still crashing.

Any suggestions?

I have had the same issue with my old PC. It end because the HD damage.
Try to (re)format the drive (or entire HD) using the FULL method, not the QUICKLY one. Also, if I remember well (there are some years) you must allow the scan for bad sectors.

Hope this is a help for you.

And a last warn:
Save the data as frequently as you can.
Never know when the HD will crash forever.
