Follow-Up Query

Hi Friends,

I am building a query where i need to calculate Total enquiry follow-ups done by a front office executive.

I have created three follow-ups till now and i have to capture that details.
I am capturing following column details:
Follow-up_Assigned ,Follow-up1_Duedate,Follow-up2_Duedate,Follow-up3_Duedate,Follow-up1 Remarks,Follow-up2 Remarks,Follow-up3 Remarks

Pls help me create this query because there is no field where i can do calculation.

If you table has the fields shown above horizontally, then it is wrong, it has to be vertically - a "sub"-table.
