Images not printing on report

I have a database with reports that print labels. These labels have images that are pulled from a drive location on a network drive. Out of four PC's there is one that will not print the labels with pictures. The pictures do not show up in either print preview or in report view on that one PC. The problem PC does have windows 8 (the others are running windows 7).

I tried it originally using a mapped network path for the pictures and now it is using a UNC path. Neither works with this one PC.

PC Data Only is unchecked.

I am hoping someone has seen this issue before or may have some insight to what may be causing this. I would appreciate any information. Thank you.

Have a look at this topic, it may answer the issue.

If you map a drive to the network drive location can you see the image files in the file explorer? Can you access the images in programs like Paint?

Yes the images can be seen in both explorer and paint.

The attached really simple database has a form that allows you to pick a file and then it displays that file in the image control. Suggest trying this with some image files on the local pc and then some on the network drive. This will test where it's a problem with the network or images in general in Access with Windows 8

Still did not work on the problem PC.

However, this problem is solved! I ran a Microsoft update and installed all updates for Office. The images now appear. For clarification this issue was on a Windows 8 PC with Access 2013 32bit installed.
