My boss requires a report to be sent each day at exactly 5.00pm from Access to him by e-mail. Trouble is, sometimes I forget or am busy doing other things. Does anyone know how I could write this macro in VB?

1. Time = 5.00pm
2. Produce Report
3. e-mail to boss
4. Stop getting bollocked (that's an English term for being told off!)

Many Thanks

Andy

Yea, make a form with a time control that has NOW tied to it.

then make a function that emails a report at that time, and just leave the form open.

Sorry

Sorry mate, don't know if it's me being thick but I don't understand!

Do you want me to just, make it for you? lol

If so, i need the report name.

Andy -

see attached demo (its in A2002). the code behind the form is what you want - to demonstrate it in action change the time in quotes and it will run (you need to change the send object command to meet your needs... also - this form must be open to run properly - hopefully thats not a problem in your case...

Have a look and let me know if you need more help!

HTH,
Kev
