Update Query (1 Viewer)

I need to create an update query based on the following table data:

Stock Number
Description
OrderQuantity

*Where orderquantity is stock being bought in [frmorderstock]

i need this data, when updated, to update the stock on the Stock levels form/table on:
Stock Number
Quantity

would it also be possible to create a condition to involve when stock is sold aswell..?
