Refreshin data

Hi,

I have designed a database that needs refreshing on current for different reasons. However, should I go on to create a new record in a form, then change my mind, a message appears saying, 'you cannot add or change a record because a related record is required in another table'. I know this is because it is relational but is there any way of doing it so that this doesn't appear?

Is there any way of doing it without adding a button, some way so it does it automatically?
