Hiding Access and MouseOver Example

This may be a little presumptious of me, but I've noticed a lot of posts here requesting help with disabling or hiding the Access window behind a database.

I personally like to hide it with an attractive picture, and then run my database as a series of popups over said picture. I've included the bare bones of this function in the example, although obviously I've replaced the picture with just a blank grey background to make the file small enough to upload.

Also included is an example of how MouseOver techniques can be made to work. Please don't credit me for coming up with either of these effects, they were very kindly done for me by people whose names I momentarily forget, but to whom I am nevertheless grateful.

Hopefully this example will help some of you as much as it has me.
