Creating Forms from CrossTab Queries with Dynamic Headers (1 Viewer)

I need to create a form from a crosstab query with dynamic headers. I can get the headers to work ok, but I can't the the detail to work. The detail repeats the first line of data in the query.

Example
ABC 1 2 3
XYZ 1 2 3

XYZ should be
XYZ 4 5 6

Any help would be appreciated.
