Looks like that is the problem Bob. It's always different when you're doing it yourself in the query, you know exactly how it should be written.

bob - i did that and it worked, but nothing shows. My data doesn't show in the textboxes.

Is that query the record source of the form?

You will need to Requery the form in the After Update event of the combo box too.
