Combo box query....

Good Morning All

First of all thanks for stopping by .....

Where do I start ....

To cut a long story short, I have a combo box that has department names in, on a form I have created, it asks what department to put in either via a text box or combo box, the only problem is when I changed one record it changes all of the others to the same department, so I cannot have different department names in each record.

Any ideas would be great

So is this a Continuous Form we are dealing with? Unbound Control? What exactly do you mean when you say

Yes this is a continuous form, i have attached a print screen. When I select new record the dept that I changed for the record before is in the new record already. Bascially I just cant have Freight in one record and Logistics in another.
