lol....well, he DID mean to say "TriTip" - bottom tip of sirloin. Good grub no matter how you spell it....
 
I have a friend who lives in Florida. He is constantly doing stuff on the BBQ. I am envious. Lots of ribs with dry rub, stuff like that.
 
What foo-foo libation is that...one of those new seltzers?
 
Coors banquet, been drinking them since I was knee-high to a grasshopper. Although I also like 805 tall boyz especially when queuing. :)

We should have a brisket competition...although it would be unfair to everyone else.

Truth be told I am a little intimidated by the brisket, a lot of cash on the line if it goes south.
