    Dear VbaInet
Few mon ths ago you had helped me to email attachments and reports. Thank you very much for this.
The problem is the vb script will only email both (attachment from the DB and Report together). If I only want to email one or the other it does not work. I have mailed the sample database in my thread.

Please help me. I want to press a button and the system should email
    1. email Both attachment from the DB and the report.
    2. If no attachment is available then it should email the report only.

    Hey mate,

nevermind about the systray post - looking at it, unless you feel like playing around and working it out *for something to do*

I've just finished my xml / custom ribbon and hidden the navigation bar and removed the privacy & opens from the "file" menu and have stopped hiding the access window so its now back in the taskbar like you suggested awhile ago

    Thanks anyway!

    Dear VbaInet,
I believe you have not taken it wrong when I posted "I am a bit scared on sharing official data". It's not like I am not trusting you and other forum members. Actually I am new here in this office and I got this job after a very long gap. While joining itself I have signed the "Non-Disclosure Agreement" and took an oath to not share any office data anywhere. That's why I have written like that. Actually the fear for what I am scared of is not "Someone will wrongly use the data" but the fear of "Someway I will lose my job". I believe you will understand.

    Hi VbaInet!

Thank you for the work and patience you gave when sorting out that training report. I've uploaded it to our report section and it works a dream!

I am sorry. I did not intend to ignore you. I thought I had replied and stated the error that happened when I tried that. I looked back and there was no reply from me. I truly do apologize, I obviously did not hit the submit button
