Thanks Laurie. I did find that and opened the file. It is a ton of code. I haven't gotten up then nerve to give it a try yet...scared. LOL! No one else at my place of work know much about access so I'm solo. :eek:
Thanks - I will check again later. Actually the link I was trying to include in my first post was from 'boblarson' and it had a click my signature to see the file downloads but I was new and hadn't hit the post requirement to view it.:banghead:
Wow - that is a lot to take in! I am still reading and re-reading but wanted to thank you for the quick reply. After I've digested it and tried it (a lot of unfamiliar there) I'll come back and let you know how I did or if I'm stuck.
