I have a report that shows me all incomplete requests. The report is shown in the print preview and is a list. However, when I click on print, I am getting a single sheet of each individual record....why?:eek::eek::eek:

I figured out where I went wrong. The FORM I was working in I had set to not allow any edits! DAH! After I set it allow edits it worked GREAT! SHEESH! Thanks for helping me out. Ali

Ok. It worked great in one form but won't work in the other form I have. The one form it worked in the record source is the table. The other one the record source is a query. But I've added the attachment field to the table and the query and it still won't work. It doesn't give me the "Add"...
