what code is needed for a add new button to add new information from textboxes to a table which is in the form. access 2003 version

ray, yes i know ther similar i really need to know how to do it am workin to a deadline which is soon, and i cant follow Dcrake's advice because i dont understand it like i said before am new to access !!!

i cant the database is not on this computer, i think the problem is that the buttons and textboxes are not bound to the table but i don't know how to do that either. :confused:
