Hello I have an issue with saving PDF report When i preview, i see all data just fine but when i save a PDF of my report, i am missing some data in the report. That data is rather important because its the quantities and size of my items in my Purchase Order Report. I do see the items...

Once you get to recognise the icon of each version, when you open a mdb you right click and select with what version you want it to open with !

You could save the username and other informations you may need later in the registry with SaveSetting and retreive the information on the "onload" of the form frmLogin with GetSetting. Registry is a good place to store information but...yes there is a but... if you know jack about registry...

BTW grahamsyuk In the table window of ACCESS, right-click and do a "link tables..." Choose the "ODBC Database" , it will give you a pop-up asking for database source. From there.. just folow instruction.. i was able to connect in 20 min utes after few try and error. Keep trying man !

Well..having 1 database for each year may not be that bad no ? I am having the same problem here and was wondering. I know that in 1 year, i will get a lot of content in my DB and by having 1 DB a year...it makes it less heavy in the end when you do researches. That's the way i see it...
