Thanks for the reply. What's mystifying us is the fact that Access 2000 Runtime + Office 2000 Standard gives us the context menus but as soon as Office is upgraded to 2003 Standard that functionality goes.
Just an update to this (although the silence is a bit worrying):
Office 2003 is the Standard version which doesn't include Access. When the version was Office 2000 Standard without Access, the context menus were present.
