I'm looking at doing a project involving a fairly small MS SQL 2008 R2 database, on a Windows Server 2003 R2 machine.
Users will access the data from a web-browser from client machines.
Does Windows Server 2003 come with ASP?
What would be a better choice, PHP or ASP?
