Awesome, thanks sneuberg. It now displays the vehicles correctly - gave me a null error but that was where i accidentally deleted a field that's needed!

Update: Sort of fixed that issue. I'm having a right day of it, someone tell me what's wrong with this select statement that only plucks record where the checkbox is ticked please, i'm having a total mindblank on box statuses etc! SELECT * FROM Vehicles ORDER BY Reg WHERE Available = True;

Fallen at the first hurdle.. entered in my table names etc and instantly got hit with a runtime error 91 - "object variable or With block variable not set" relating to this line: Const cUnitPK As String = "Vehicles.CarID"
