    Multivitamins

Not a real believer in supplements - but my wife forces me to take zinc, B Complex, and a fish oil tablet every day. She read that they would help with my memory loss and short attention span, but I'm not sure if they're helping (I can't remember what it was like to have memories). I'm...

What do you do in your spare time?

I play at FullTilt. Small stakes - .10/.20 blinds, Pot Limit. Tend to lose more than win, so it's just entertainment.

    Your Music CV

I don't remember enough to be able to answer most of the questions, but this caught my eye.... I, too, think that is one of the greatest songs evaaarrrr:D Halford's vocal range really shined on that one. Sends chills down my spine every time I listen to it.

What do you do in your spare time?

My whole family are shooters, we get kind of loud on Saturdays. Not sure how the neighbors feel about it, maybe they're afraid to complain;). But I noticed several of them started shooting ,too, recently. Some weekends my area sounds like it has a small war going on.

What do you do in your spare time?

I like to brew my own beer, play on line poker (Texas Hold 'Em), and play with guns. Also like birdwatching and -as Mike Gurman said - "forage for wild food" (berries, mushrooms, and a few critters).

    Speed it up!

Sql Server has something called DTS that allows you to "build" (or map) something similar to a macro. You're able to build much more dynamic (powerful) queries in Stored Procedures then you can in Access. There is a learning curve, but if I was able to pick it up, then anybody should be...

    Speed it up!

Have you thought about doing your conversions in Sql Server instead? I import a lot of data every morning from our legacy system, and it only takes about 20 minutes using vbscript and sprocs. With the added benefit that it can be scheduled and run on the server, rather than waiting for me...

We're not so bad if we're basted in beer. Or maybe that's "blasted on beer"... I'm not sure which

    Formatted dates query

To get anything with the date after this month SELECT YOURTEXT FROM YOURTABLE WHERE MONTH(YOURDATE)>MONTH(NOW()) But that would show data from previous years also. Don't know if that matters to you or not. If you need to see this year and future years, then: SELECT YOURTEXT FROM...

    Formatted dates query

Are you just looking for those dates after today, or just where the month is greater than this month, regardless of year?

    Grouping Dates

I think you're going to need to build a new lookup table that tells you what fiscal month a particular date is part of. actual_date----fiscal_month 1/1/09---------1/1/09 1/2/09---------1/1/09 : : 1/28/09--------1/1/09 1/29/09--------2/1/09 Then you link the invdate to actual_date to get...
