Hi I had the same question..... There is 2 ways on doing it:1 Concatenate all your data into a memo field.2 write a query with a Like*()*--(your word you are looking for) statement, but the last one can become complicated if you have to many field's to look in. Hope it helps you, It worked for...

I added a field in my Table "yes/no"....into my Query and then into my Form Still with no luck If I add a tick box from the toolbox, and I run the Form..it selects all the records.....Sorry...here is a screen print....
