Yahooo!! I managed to sort it!! I can't beleive I got it to work. I've dabbled with this (by myself) for ages. With that "row source" is there an easy to get that statement in there or is it a "manual" operation. Many thanks for your help and time :)

Thats exactly what I want! ... or at least I think you've helped me find where I'm tripping up. How do you sort out what goes in the "row source" for the combo box (or is there an easy way. As you may have guessed I'm very "green" at this.
