Changed it to
IF Len(oAtt) > 0 then
.Attachments.Add(oAtt)
end if
This doesn't give me any errors, but also doesn't add the attachment.

My code in my form module was checking for null still instead of the len() >0, so this does indeed work!!!!!!

Once you put it in a module, you can use a button or event on the form to call it using
Call 'Name' in the on click event of the button, or any event that works for what your are trying to do.
