    Hello Beetle, Looks like I had "AllowNetworkLocations" in the wrong place. When moved to "Trusted Locations" folder and when "AllowSubfolders" added to nested Location folder, the Security Message no longer appears. Thanks for suggesting the use of these DWORDS.
