I have no idea what this thread is about. Everyone seems to be talking in riddles. I think these forums have an undercurrent of something dark, it's just a feeling I have. I think I'll sit things out on the sidelines until the conversation reverts to subjects of interest like cars, gardening...

Personally, I think the subject of guns / gun ownership / gun carrying has the potential to become a volatile subject going by past experience. Therefore I recommend that in the current climate of forum regulations, the whole subject should be avoided in order to protect AWF and Jon. Col

Definitely not. The 'camel' brought it on herself over many months. You have no reason to apologise for being a good, fair and understanding moderator. Keep up the good work and let's all move on and concentrate on having forums we can be sure are within the guidelines that Jon requires. Col

Perhaps in the light of that there may not now be the need for a moderator of moderators. I think we are all sensible enough to police ourselves. We know what we can and can't do to save AWF and Jon, so maybe now we can post in harmony. Col
