Hi Corey,
Just a little advice to help you get quicker answers. Please try to make your message title as descriptive as possible. Most of the old hands on these forums will pass over posts with titles like "Please help". There are people who are real pros at forms and there are people who love to get into the VBA code. If you categorize your question in the appropriate topic folder, you are more likely to get a response, and a response from someone knowledgeable in the issue you are asking about.
So your post looks like a plea for help with a form. You should go to the "Forms" area instead of "General". Then create a new thread with a title that describes your issue, like this:
"Form Vanishes Moments After Update".
That way, a form expert will notice your post and be more likely to read it. Please also put as much helpful info as you can in the post so that they get a better understanding of the problem. Good luck!
