laptop db has 63 entries under laptop details
and there are 120 occurences of loans in the laptopholder table

I can post a list of my other tables/feilds/queries/forms/relationships etc if that will help or did my mad ramblings on my last post make some sort of sense
Just enter a new field on your table and use OLE as data type
then in use the user selects the field goes to insert and then inserts an object which can be a new file or an existing file
