Thanks for your help. Vtools looked to be just what I want. Unfortunately I was unable to install it. As well as security warnings the product did not like my version of Access 2007 although it is up to date. I tried several times but eventually it was quicker to change the queries manually.

I have converted an old database to Access 2007 and find I need to edit my queries that use the date format function. eg change from Format([date],'yyyy') to Year(date) I can change each query manually but is there a quicker way to do this?

I have Access '95 and wish to upgrade to Access 2007 (XP). Will I be able to convert my database directly, or is there some way I can convert it indirectly. ie by converting it to an earlier version first?
