I have a query that is causing this very problem. i have looked at the joins and none of them are the same. can't see the trees for the leaves arrghhhh if it would just tell you which table is causing the problem. i have deleted relationships easier than this in real life :banghead::banghead:

All good i realised. just sending base data to tables and sending that data to a query that will calculate again the same fields that wouldn't flow through. I have the total cost, quantity and rate to please everyone who needs to see it because sometimes we will split hours into 3 to 5 costcodes...
