    No, it is a folder called libraries/ documents/access data and yes I did include subfolders. Cheers M

    Woops I attempted to but obviously failed! The database is in a trusted folder on my local M/C so no file sharing involved. This folder has most of my other access databases which function without issue. I do not believe there is a font / back end issue here. Over to you! M

    I am using a Microsoft template for an address book (found on the Office templates site). When modifying data or adding data I get an error message which I have attached to this post. The database is in a trusted location so I believe it is a bug in the macro. Help please. I am running Win 7...
