i have 3 tables cos they are different types of contacts... used by diff. depts

I have 3 tables of Adds in my DB... I have 3 dif. env.s (ranging in dimensions) I want to able to choose the adds i want to print out on selective env.s And print them out... how do i get to do it?

I have a database filled with Names and their Adds... I print them out on envelopes and send out letters.. I want to able to keep record of when i sent out these Letters... I need the date; The person i sent it to... and which envelope type i used.... It would be better if someone could tell me...
