The name of the report is found after the ! which is date update in this case. Isn't this the proper protocol where you have to first indicate it is a report, then the name of the report than the area the info resides.

I would like to put on the switchboard screen ,"Latest Update" and then a date that resides and is continously updated in a query and in a report. Each time i use in the control source: =[Reports]![Date update]![Date] I get #error. Help!!!

How can I get the last detail line in a report to be underlined so that the data is separated from the totals?

My report will list data and sum at the end. However there is some data that do not have activity but the Header line is needed to indentify it's existance. How can I do this?

I have a dlookup control named Sum of Award. thats in my report. When I have the statement in the footer, sum(sum of award) it will only give me a sum of 0.00 How do I tell it to add all the details?
