    I couldn't seem to work this out but apart from that I have got the database to a stage where I think it's finished. Beautified it a bit and added some extra's. Let me know what you's think. Thanks for all the input it's much appreciated. :D

    after you changed it to fl it went straight pass that error and onto Set fso = New filesystemobject does this mean that all "filesystemobject" should be changed to "fl" thanks again.
