How do you print a form by itself, everytime i try to print it prints all the records , its a form with a sub form. I've searched google and this forum i coudnt find an answer , i even looked in a book it asked me to make a macro but that didnt even work! Help!

I want to take data away from my tables and file it , so the tables are empty and the data can be re-stored. I need this to happen monthly is their a macro that can do this? +++ REP to anyone that can help!
