    Exporting blank form to XML

That's where we want to end up. The web page will store the data in a textfile, for now. So how to I get the web page to "look" the same as the form in access...without creating it from scratch? Can't Access just create a web page indentical to the form design in Access, except with empty...

    Exporting blank form to XML

Eventually it'll be stored in web server, but for right now the user just needs to fill in their specs, click a "Save and Send to Engineering" type button and the field data goes to the engineer and they fill in the fields in Access manually. We just don't want the customer to have to buy Access...

    Exporting blank form to XML

Access Masters, I'm trying to export a form to XML/HTML for users to be able to fill in their field data without having access to the entire database. I want basically to generate a blank form record with all images, formatting, design, etc. in tact to be filled in by users, but when I try to...

    Edit Cell & Print Loop

Hey AP, Getting upset with this one as it's probably extremely simple, and I'm just missing something. I'm made a Click box Assigned to a macro that simply needs to add 1 to the number in the cell (always an Integer>0), then print the sheet, add 1 then print sheet again. It should...

    Records vanished from a Form?

Hey AWF, I have no idea what I've done... When I goto my form I can no longer cycle through the records, but the records are still there in the table (the form's Record Source). I was double-checking field properties to make sure everything was ok and, oops, all the records are...

    First Image Problem on Report

Sorry Simon, I guess I'm a lot worse at this than I thought. :( How do I create a query that chooses images? Should I create a table of objects and have the query pick which object to show based on what the field in the report shows? Am I sorta on the right track?

    First Image Problem on Report

Thanks, Simon. I'll give that a shot. I'll assume if access doesn't like images, it definitely wouldn't like say 17 images in the same report. :o (It's basically a blueprint that fills in certain parts of the drawing according to what the user enters in the fields) I'll be making 17 subforms...

    First Image Problem on Report

same issue here Sorry to hijack threads. ;) I'm having the exact same issue as Abbos, but moving the code to Detail On_Format from Report On_Activate didn't solve my problem. :( Now when I goto preview the report it won't go at all. I'm stuck in the design screen. What did I do...

    Graphics in a form (show/hide)

Over the weekend I added all the images and they all work properly, but of course I figured the images would work the same way in a report...There's no "after update" events in these report controls I guess no one's enter data here. So how would I have the images remain visible/invisible in the...

Access asks for Parameters when I preview my Report?

Thanks Bob. I just checked they all say Text43, Text44... :o We should have a smiley with a dunce cap on for these. All the Best, Dragonchaser

Access asks for Parameters when I preview my Report?

Hey All, Quick one for you. I try to go to the print preview in a report and Access asks for Parameters for 20 or more different controls in the reports, like I was querying every field. So I have to press enter 20 or more just to preview. This only happened after I copied the fields...
