    I've set a Trusted Location, but setting the Pop Up property to Yes didn't help. All that did, actually, was cause some difficulty in allowing me to view the form in Design View. Perhaps it is something with the Record Source property?

    In the subform, I've added all the fields I want to be displayed. They appear in a vertical row, but I am not able to move them around separately in Design View. Is there a setting that locks them together?

    Thanks, that worked. Another question though... In Design View, I listed all the fields to be displayed. Some times there will be one record to display or there could be as many as 3. How I can I make the form repeat itself so that all the records are displayed, in case there is more than one?
