I don't know about MS Exchange but on MS Outlook if you go in the option or préférences menu you can oncheck the option that prompt's you for a profil every time you enter into Ms Outlook. ED

The thing is that you cannot use send to back when your not in designer mode. So i guess u put your control's visible to false or true. ED
