I have tried once more and unfortunately only the sections of comments and year updates.

Thanks for taken a look at it. When I enter the information in the bottom window for some reason only the year populates. What steps am I missing so that it can turn over to update all the songs accordingly.

I found this SQL2VBA App a while back and have used it as well. What I have found out is after converting and applying you may have to modify it a little to suit you.
