Hello All, I'm having a problem with a date query. I need the query to search though a table field call period e.g 30/9/2002 - 6/10/2002 and just chose the most recent date entrys. The query needs to automatically chose the most recent dates as it populates various reports. Cheers

Hello, Here's the problem, I need to. 1) Out of a range of dates, e.g 30/9/2002 - 6/10/2002. I need a criteria query to take the most recent dates and leave the rest. I need this to be automated so that each week it will pick the most recent date for the report. Let me know if this is clear...
